Abstract

The sale of assets (art. 50, item In addition to the evident interest of the company under recovery in injecting capital with the sale of its assets, the market has shown itself to be more permeable to the acquisition of these distressed assets, especially after the advent of Law 11,101, which, repealing the old Decree-Law nº 7,661/ 1945, allowed its disposal free of any encumbrances, in accordance with the wording of art. 60, single paragraph.
