Justice 4.0 as an efficiency tool

The present study intends, in a bird's eye view, to appreciate the importance of Digital Justice, highlighting Justice 4.0 for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The work begins with a brief literature review, considering the use of technologies in the provision of jurisdiction, derived from the social isolation resulting from the pandemic of Covid-19. Then comes Justice 4.0 with 100% digital judgments and the perception that Justice is effectively a service, rather than a physical building, the Forum. The SDGs are presented by reason why Justice 4.0 has established to the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ) to contribute to the achievement of goals set out in the 2030 Agenda. if Justice 4.0 in its prevalent role as a functional efficiency tool inspired by successive Resolutions of the National Council of Justice.
