Abstract

The present paper intends to analyse the new profile of organizations in the XXI century, since the identification of components from the past century has represented a great advance to the State, as well as, to corporations, regardless of the size of their bussiness. Corporative promotion was a sensible objective of constituent assembly, since an economic chapter was introduced in the constitutional charter, in order to achieve a solid economic development. Since then, there were several changes in the way that the State deal with economic actors and the Law & Economics doctrine shows itself as an imperative parameter to size this landscape.
