Legal personality and domicile: legal categories in mutation
The digital human and the challenges for Law

Legal personality and domicile are essential categories of Civil Law. The consolidation of the digital human and the recognition of cyberspace as place of rights and obligations indicate that lawmakers should adopt new concepts for these fundamental legal categories to ensure legal certainty in fully electronic relations. The article presents proposals to broaden the concept of domicile and to link the projections of the natural person to its creator.
