PROPERTY REGISTRATION AND AREAS PROTECTED BY LEGISLATION
Keywords:
property registration, environment, protected areasAbstract
The Federal Constitution guaranteed everyone the right to a balanced environment, as well as the right to property and its social function, delegating to the Property Registry the task of concentrating all information related to the root asset. There is a trinomial involving the environment, real estate and Property Registry, insofar as environmental information, rights and restrictions must be registered in the property's registration, operating environmental advertising, economic legal security, preservation of the property, and preservation of the environment. Thus, the present work, using bibliographic research as a methodology, aims to study the relationships between the Property Registry and some hypotheses of areas protected by the legislation, checking if there is any standardized interaction between them, especially regarding the entry of its institutes in the real estate registry services, in favor of the defense and maintenance of these spaces. When studying the various possibilities and legal consequences for real estate properties in these environmental and registry relationships, verify the necessary measures so that the effectiveness of the legislation is enhanced through an appropriate combination with the Registration Law, in order to obtain repercussions and direct interactions and practices within the real estate registry in favor of the environment.
