UMA LEITURA SOCIOJURÍDICA
Keywords:
schreber case, freud, cognitive openness, legal world, diseaseAbstract
The purpose of this essay is to present the legal case with the greatest international repercussion and the longest term: the "Schreber Case". Going through the reading of Schreber's own autobiographical work and Freud's psychoanalytic approach, I invite the reader to delve into the issue of the disease of the operator of law and the need for cognitive openness in legal science.
