Judicial decision and economic theory
Between libertarian thought and egalitarianism

The main premise of this paper is that an economic theory underlies every theory of justice, and therefore, the judicial decision must respond to the articulation of both in order to avoid inefficient rulings (since the assignment) and inequitable rulings (since the distributive sphere).
