Optimization of the competence of special public finance courts

After 12 years since the promulgation of Law No. 12,153/2009, which provided for the Special Courts of the Public Treasury within the scope of the States, the Federal District, the Territories and the Municipalities, the controversies – at least at the jurisprudential level – surrounding the interpretation of rules of competence established in that standard have practically disappeared.
