Abstract

From the year 2005 onwards, Law No. 11,101 was introduced into our legal system, which, by changing the parameters of insolvency in our country, brought all economic agents the possibility of overcoming a crisis in their structure, due to various factors. , capable of making them unable to survive.

This situation, obviously, is of no interest to anyone, because when an agent of the economy disappears, everyone ends up paying the price that arises from the disappearance of the cells responsible for generating wealth for the country.
