A COMPULSORIEDADE DA VACINAÇÃO, NO CAMINHAR DO CENÁRIO JURÍDICO BRASILEIRO

The present work points out the compulsory nature of vaccination in Brazil and the side effects arising from it, post-vaccination, a subject object of civil liability of the state in the face of the innovations resulting from the entry into force of Law 14.125 / 2021. The theme adds, to the reader, reflections to the fundamental guarantees of protection of life and health of freedom of expression and belief, taken into account by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, observing as regards the reading of all the respect to the principle of harmonization .
