Something is saying about in arguing against or in favor of abortion, its effects on the mother, the right fetus' life and its social consequences. The issue of economic-social abortion at the constitutional level raises a number of issues that must be observed under the prism of legislation, doctrine and the state of development in which society is now. Thus, this article intends to address abortion in the light of the Constitution, taking into account the fundamental rights provided for in the Constitutional norm, namely: the right fetus' life and the dignity of the human person on the part of the pregnant woman. This research includes the existing doctrinal concepts and types of abortion, as well as the judicial activism that revolves around economic-social abortion.
